Lateral CIPP Lining

Lateral Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining Services

J.C. Dillon is at the forefront of pipeline rehabilitation with our advanced Lateral Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining services. This state-of-the-art method is designed to efficiently and effectively restore pipelines and conduits without the need for extensive excavation, providing a seamless, durable solution that conforms to ASTM1219 specifications.

How CIPP Lining Works

Our CIPP lining process involves the installation of a resin-impregnated flexible tube into the existing pipeline. This tube is then expanded to fit snugly against the host pipe by the application of a hydrostatic head. The resin within the tube is cured using either hot water or steam, creating a hydrostatic pressure that molds the liner perfectly to the internal contours of the pipe. This results in a CIPP that is continuous and tightly fitting, effectively renewing the pipeline’s structural integrity.

Benefits of CIPP Lining

  • Minimal Disruption: Our trenchless CIPP lining technology means less disruption to surrounding areas, making it ideal for busy urban environments or sensitive landscapes.
  • Long-Lasting Results: The cured resin forms a corrosion-resistant lining that extends the life of your pipelines.
  • Cost-Effective: Avoid the high costs and time involved with traditional pipeline replacement.
  • Versatility: Suitable for a variety of pipeline sizes and materials, including lateral connections to main sewers.
