Lateral Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining Services
J.C. Dillon is at the forefront of pipeline rehabilitation with our advanced Lateral Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining services. This state-of-the-art method is designed to efficiently and effectively restore pipelines and conduits without the need for extensive excavation, providing a seamless, durable solution that conforms to ASTM1219 specifications.
How CIPP Lining Works
Our CIPP lining process involves the installation of a resin-impregnated flexible tube into the existing pipeline. This tube is then expanded to fit snugly against the host pipe by the application of a hydrostatic head. The resin within the tube is cured using either hot water or steam, creating a hydrostatic pressure that molds the liner perfectly to the internal contours of the pipe. This results in a CIPP that is continuous and tightly fitting, effectively renewing the pipeline’s structural integrity.
Benefits of CIPP Lining
- Minimal Disruption: Our trenchless CIPP lining technology means less disruption to surrounding areas, making it ideal for busy urban environments or sensitive landscapes.
- Long-Lasting Results: The cured resin forms a corrosion-resistant lining that extends the life of your pipelines.
- Cost-Effective: Avoid the high costs and time involved with traditional pipeline replacement.
- Versatility: Suitable for a variety of pipeline sizes and materials, including lateral connections to main sewers.
